About the project

Antel's technology event

Antel Summit brings together technology, innovation, and leading voices from different industries at the Antel Arena. I designed the event's web experience by defining its information architecture and organizing a complex agenda into a clear, well-structured, dynamic landing page.

The challenge

Scaling without losing impact

Organizing a large amount of information — agenda, tickets, sponsors, and speakers — into a clear, well-structured hierarchy, without losing the event's visual impact and energy. The site had to feel dynamic, so I prototyped interactions and animations to validate behavior and ease implementation with development. It also had to be built to keep growing as more content came in the closer we got to the event.

Process
01

Understand the context — Benchmarking technology events, audience analysis, and content review.

02

Organize the information — Defining hierarchy, navigation, and agenda structure.

03

Design the experience — Applying the Antel Summit identity to a clear, consistent interface.

04

Prototype — Defining interactions and animations through prototypes to validate behavior and ease implementation with development.

05

Adapt and optimize — Responsive design and preparation for the different communication stages leading up to the event.

Result

The result is a structure that can follow the event through its different stages — from launch to the full agenda — without having to rethink the experience every time content grows.
